i woke up with the worst feeling in the world. stomach was killing me and i was so dizzy - i tried to get up and i almost fell. scary. =/ but im all better now. i had something to eat .. that helped a whole bunch. well anyway im getting ready to go to the beach with sam paul leran mikie tatum & ali .. =) <33 fun stuff. im burnt like a mother f'er
