It just occurred to me that what the marijuana-decriminalization movement needs is an organization of apparent non-marijuana users. An organization of people who sympathize with the cause, yet don't use the stuff. I'm sure a lot of people who support NORML would claim not to smoke, but really, it's kind of hard to take pot smokers seriously.
