Things were much better today at work. Good since it's Xmas Eve. I cruised through the shift by making fun of the other staff with my partner in crime Rebecca. Overall it felt like i imagine a shift would do spent in addercat's company. yeah ... nice ;)

I have had an absolute shit of a week. Work has been awful and infuriating. there have been a number of issues that have developed into problems which have complicated into disasters. Wheeeeee!!!! We bought a new computer! It’s so pretty :) Of course when I got it out of the box I discovered it didn’t have a printer port so we had to turn around and buy a USB printer. Doh! I've decided to apply for the Learning Centre promotion. From what the manager's are saying I've pretty much got the job but it seems they've pegged me for the new centre that is out in the middle of nowhere. loving ipods, mondays and martin
I'm in love with my ipod. Is there anything better than going on my break and listening to the complete Tool back catalogue? Certainly gets rid of any rage i feel at my fellow workmates. Plus i've discovered that as library staff i can "rent" cds for free and thus add to my ever growing library *bounce bounce* Makes me feel happy inside :)

This week has been a mish mash of work, stress and feeling grotty. I went back to the doctor on Tuesday because I'm still dehydrated all the time and have the rally pleasant experience of blood when I go to the bathroom :( My doctor says campylobacter does this however and it'll just take time. goldie hurt
We had to take Goldie to the vet this morning. He seemed a bit off colour yesterday then this morning we found blood on the sofa where he usually sleeps. We thought it might be a recurrance of his kidney problems so we got the cage to take him down when i discovered his belly was covered in blood.
