That's so upsetting and partially why I never went to prom. I don't regret it but I am by no means telling you to not go. You'll figure something out!

thats a ridiculous amount of money, my dress was 78 bucks and i liked it better than 3/4 of the dresses there..don't waste your hard earned money and shit you should go to ask alice its on valley stream on rockaway ave they have amazing dresses there and most are under 200 and even under 100

My dress for a prom-like event was about $45. It's totally possible. And you will probably only wear the dress once.

-Word -- perhaps you should consider a different dress, you'd be surprised with what you fall in love with thats a quarter of that price.

-get your shoes at payless -- they're actually pretty cute and really cheap, besides no one is going to see your shoes under a long dress.

ALSO -- if you're really looking to save money
Don't go in the limo with your buddies, bring a car, modes of transportation aren't THAT important.

If you do that you save SOOO much money.

also -- prom dresses online tend to be super expensive, search the stores baby!
