i believe the original squirrel lady, aka the grandmother of dylan matthews, lives 2 houses down from me. she talks to them, feeds them, pets them, and what's scary is that THEY LISTEN and OBEY.

perhaps that is why dylan matthews hair is a perfect environment for squirrels to live. there used to be a lady next door who nailed bread to a tree for the squirrels. unfortunately she recently died.
