The story I heard was that her body guard stopped to get her coffee, and when he did she took baby out of his carseat. I'm not sure why, though. Teh evIllll pAppaRazzi attacked, and she "instinctually" jumped in without buckling him back up in his rear-facing carseat. Logic would say that if she was avoiding the "often-times physically aggressive papparazzi (or something to that effect)" she'd put him back in BEFORE making her getaway (in case of an accident or what not), but I guess she isn't the brighest person out there.
