So the general consensus is that no one likes the show. Something that has become increasingly obvious is the fact that no one really likes each other all that much either. I'm with you guys there. I don't like everyone. I don't like the show. But the bottom line is, if we don't get our shit together, we are going to end up embarrassing ourselves ( Read more... )

Eh, I don't think it's so much the show or the director because the show is fantastic and as is Allison. I think it's just the catty-ness (I made up a word) of all of us. I think we've let our heads get the best of us - myself included. It's just so upsetting when last year, I used to go to STAGE like it was a safe haven, but now it's just... I feel such a low morale from everyone. Part of me thinks that it's because we had such a bad experience with Forum - even though it turned out awesome - because we're used to being negative and being like, "Blrarhghhg - fuck this! Rawrrrrrr." But I want to instill the love back into STAGE and I think if we all just.. put it aside we can get through it and learn to love each other like we used to ( ... )

Even though I'm not like, in the middle of all this nonsense or really involved in anyyy of it, I am part of stage. and I completely agree with both what you and Casey said.

As we all obviously know, this year has SO much potential, we may have lost many talented people this past year, Ulman&veterans&whatnot, but the group we do have, has so much talent. And it really sucks to feel like everyone's time is being wasted everyday because select people just don't care about the show, or the people in it enough to give it their all.

I don't know, all this nonsense happens every year, between band and stage and everything, and that's what we had middle school for. All of that stuff should be way past us by now.
And, that's what I have to say for now.

ALLL WE NEED IS S'MORE LOVE. mhm.

I don't do STAGE anymore (I used to do backstage stuff & I kind of wanted to avoid the drama... heh.), but I'm confident it'll pull together. You guys always figure it out.
