the best advice i ever heard was "leave work at work."
i feel you on taking that shit home, though. my job is totally messing with me right now. i'm probably going to have to find a new job if stuff doesn't straighten out soon. it saddens me because i love my job but other circumstances are definitely ruining it for me right now :(
