I ate more junk food today. therefore i need to starve myself this weekend. i was doing so good too. im in miami right now. the drive down was horrible. there was so much rain i could barely see. i'm probably coming back up to miami saturday or sunday, cause i have school next week. it seems i have nothing to be happy about or nothing to look

so don't starve yourself! just gradually start eating smaller portions and cutting back on calories. that's the only healthy way to do it.

i'm reading this nutrition book that came to me when i ordered this protein shake and like it says that you should eat 40%carbs 40%protein & 20%fat. like what happens is your body uses up the carbs as energy and when its done your body needs to make more energy and it uses up fat and protein to perform gluconeogenesis. 40%protein is suppost to be enough to make gluconeogenesis and help you rebuild your muscles after working out, also protein increases your metabolism. and 20%fat should be mostly healthy fat, not saturated fat. your body also uses some types of fat in making muscle. and the amount of calories you should eat should be 15x per pound of body weight. also you should eat 5-6 meals a day, small meals but more often. that helps regulate the food going into your body. you should also eat more portions of food after you workout to rebuild your muscle and stuff.
that diets a pretty good diet, and you work out so you should try it.
