 So I've got an exam tomorrow that I really should be studying for, since it's my last one.  I'm really not motivated to study at all and instead found myself doing a bunch of other (mostly useless) things. I tell myself, "I'll study in an hour" or  "I'll start studying after I finish eating" and guess what? Yes, that's right - it never happens. I
