If you put Hot Chocolate powder in a cup of cold water/milk and don't heat it up, would it be chocolate or cold chocolate.

Not really. It doesn't blend very well unless it's heated, so it'd be milk with chocolate powder lumps.

it would be none, it needs heat to disolve, so you'd have a nice lumpy drink =P

Actually -- I've done that.
i was was a this bank, waiting for my mom and i was really bored.
and there was Hot choclate mix, but no hot water so i tryed it.
it wasn't too good.

I asked beacause, i was being told that that was chocolate the other day o.o
