Today..deff not one of the funniest days in my life. Yeah i had fun hanggin with the fam at the lake but then i was tanning on the dock. Bad idea. It was really hot and covered in sand and i got this bad like heat rash. It's not groose or anything it just hurts like hell.

hmm today was borin. Woke up..wasn't comfertable..ate raisin brain and watched a movie on t.v. It was pethetic lol. Then i got my lazy butt up of the couch and excercised. Ran, yoga, weights. not much of an interesting day so far. Woke up in pain took some good ol' pills then went back to bed. Slept ti'll 10:30... could have slept ti'll 3:30.
