so i just got my final cheque to molly maid in the m ail along with a letter. in short it says that because i was in an accident i have to pay for it myself and that their insurance will not pay for it. along with that there was another apparent accident in which i have failed to report in which i also have to pay for a new hubcap for 25$. this

and just to clarify things up a bit more i got a ticket several months ago for not making a complete stop at a stop sign. the cop told me that the car had no insurance. it had expired. this could be why they couldnt go threw their insurance company. that or it'd just be cheaper for them.

Take it to the labour board, you are not responsible for said accident or lack of insurance. You can also file a claim of personal damages, and do it now.
