holding all the crap in is NOT gunna make you feel better.. believe me i know.. now i`m not saying you should go and tell the WHOLE world.. but pick one or maybe two at the most people and tell them.. it`ll help.. just pick the people you think can help the most and you trust.. i`ve been having family problems like you wouldn`t believe and at first i didn`t tell a soul and was MISERABLE and I was basically you could call seem like i was in depression and very emo.. it SUCKED.. then I finally talked to my friend about it.. it helps.. you neeed to pick someone and talk to them.. ♥
