It is forty degrees and raining today which means that i now have to exercise all of my freeloading powers not to have to walk the three miles back to the house. in a way i am glad that it is september and that means that i can wear wool sweaters and jeans and close-toed shoes. but i think in about a month when the snows moves from the tops of the
