So, I met with Ron. And I think he has doubts, and I have no way to assuage them, b/c I don't feel totally comfortable either. Do I want to work in juvenile detention? I don't know. The best I can tell you is just to pray about it. In the meantime, I'll pray for you too and maybe you'll get direction.
I'd worry a bit about physical restraint- you're kind of small, no offense. Maybe it would work though- I'd worry about you though. Did you like the staff? If you feel iffy about it, maybe another opportunity will come along...
