At the Roman Holiday Cafe in Jones Valley -- it's past the Target shopping center. Near the Bruster's?!

You can get it at Madison Square Mall too -- in that coffee shop near Hot Topic

The stuff in the mall is reeeally overpriced -- it's like $3 for 2 tiny scoops, and I got a really big scoop (comparable to the 2 scoops in the mall) at the place in Jones Valley for $2. AND you can get it in a cone or a cup for the same price!
