rl update and apology in advance to my friend list
so................I'm back
That was random LoL
I don't even know where to start, partly because I don't really remember the last time I did a life update on here...I don't even know how long it's been since I posted on LJ which actually makes me kind of sad...
So I'll start with the basics I guess.
Umm, I'm 22 now, which isn't all that different from 21, which in turn wasn't too different from 20 since I work 6 nights a week and don't really go out and be a normal 21/22 year old. I still live in SoCal with my mom, though in May/June my baby (read: 18 year old) brother decided to move closer to our father and ended up living with strangers in Texas when he came to find out that he really is the deadbeat mom and I made him out to be. So, it's just the 2 of us now, well us and the endless string of animals that we are very good at rescuing and very bad at rehoming, so we're a tad overrun. But, that's the way we like it, especially times like now, when I am surrounded by purring grey fluff balls that I adore. (who doesn't adore kittens???) My pooch is still snoring away, and hogging the bed just like old times, even if she does now have to share it with the kitten who claimed her as his dog. He lays down on her back and tries to ride her around the kitchen--it's the cutest thing ever!
I'm still working (again) at the pizza place I worked at in 2006-2007, no longer with Blockbuster. Still addicted to caffeine, though I am more dependent on Red Bull now than the coffee I was perpetually brewing at my desk when I used to live here on LJ.
Anything else, I suppose, you can ask about since I never was any good at the whole talking about myself thing. So, moving on!
I'm still writing fanfic, though I have dabbled in a few more verses now. I still read, and occasionally try my hand at writing some really lame, Jaylee drabbles that I don't think are up to par and thus haven't posted anywhere. Last year I wrote a couple Twilight stories and tried my hand at some Bones as well, and I feel terrible because after a couple computer crashes I pretty much gave up on that midstory. I'm currently proud to call myself a Gleek and have been spending all my time obsessing on the fandom, particularly the Puckelberry pairing which leads me to my next topic:
I am so sorry to anyone who has my on their friends list because I am going to spam majorly today as I post my Glee fics on my LJ. They are on my FF.net page but I have always and probably will always prefer LJ so I want to get back in the swing of things over here. So I'm sorry in advance for spamming!
