It's all intuition, as I've described in the IM that I've sent you. Here's some elaboration, begged by the question you've posed in this comment. It's not that I knew that it was to be YOU who updated, specifically; rather I felt that someone who hadn't updated in a good while would update. So, in a way I knew it would be you. In another way, I didn't know specifically. It's intuition. It's reliable from those who trust, and you can make of it what you will from people who (like me, I'm sure) you don't trust.

Intuition is a tricky thing, but, when properly harnessed, can be a very useful tool. This is only a simple example of it.
