OMG MOZA MASHALLA YOUR STYLE IMPROVED! YOUR DESCRIPTION IS MUCH BETTER!!!!! WOOHOO! :D Now all you have to do is capatalize the sentences when you're up for it, and change one tense switch ("...with blood smeared at the protruding corner, she hisses and tries to pull it out of the dirt...").
So she spends all day in the beach, but doesn't she go hungry without food, and doesn't she feel like going to the bathroom? Maybe if you change the dream to be an afternoon dream, and then, she packs a basket filled with food. Reminds me of red riding hood. Lolz.
And the ending of the chapter is a little too fast paced compared to the rest of it.
Again, you've done great! We still don't know what's really happening but I'm definitely hooked! :)
