Just because I heard SF is really hard for Psych stuff, like zero classes. my friend who transferred there last fall from LasPo ended up getting NO classes and he had to take the year off. =[[ Plus, it's too close to home. I need to get away from home and do my own thing. And if I don't like Chico I can always try to transfer again. But I think I just need to do something kinda-sorta on my own. Chico living is also WAY cheaper than SF living, too. lol I dunno. -sigh-

I found your post when I searched for Chico State. I'm thinking about majoring in psychology and I'll be going to Chico this fall, so it sounds like we have a few things in common.

I'm putting in my vote for going with roommates. I think you should do it for at least a year. It'll give you more connectedness to the university, and will also be a really good character-building exercise. I think it's part of the college experience, and you'll feel like you missed out later, if you don't.
