GHETTO DUPLEXES

So its official we are moving back Dec. 19
and renting out those ghetto duplexes as of Jan. 1
Havent seen them but I hear they arent THAT bad
and 500$ rent sounds pretty good to me
We can always move out if it turns out to really bad

$500/month rent sounds really good. I wish it was that cheap in Van:( It got expenseive and it's only going to get worse. I can't wait until we can find our own place again :D(but it will be awhile)
