How to Submit Your Rough Draft
We are drawing closer to that time, rough drafts are due in by August 4th, 2009. If you have finished your fic (or fics) or have more than 90% of it done please follow the instructions below on submitting your rough draft.
This version does not have to be beta’d or even make sense, we aren’t reading it, just checking to make sure you have 1)over 15,000 words written (or close), and 2)have a beginning, middle, and end in sight. Once we have checked this over you will receive an email back from us letting you know that everything is good to go. Don’t worry if it takes a few days, we expect a lot of fics and will get to each.

This is how you need to format your email:
Subject Line - Rough Draft - Type/Pairing - Username
In the body of the email:
Username:
Title:
Current Word Count:
Type: (slash, gen, het)
Rating:
Characters/Pairings:
Warnings: (character death, non-con, smut, etc)
Summary:
Complete: (yes or no, if no how much is left)
Then add the story document as an attachment, if you don’t know how to do this or can’t just include it in the body of the email under the information above. Make sure you fill out every section; it will be used when it comes time for Artists to claim a fic to do art for.
