wow.

if only I had 2 other people willing to rent an apartment with me.

I just found this really nice place.

minutes from UCF, Valencia, and Full Sail.

really, really, really, REALLY nice.

3 bed, 3 bath.

would end up being about 200-250 bucks per month.

you ask me, that's a pretty dang good deal.

check it out here.

too bad there aren't 2 other people I ( Read more... )

Oh la la. Very nice. If you can find someone else, I'll definitely think about it.

so I might have misread the thing.

its probably really 550 per person.

could be better, but its a little less than a dorm would cost, and most utilities are covered.

and then theres Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Pointe. both really nice, if youre still interested in living over there.

definitely more convient than commuting!

are you doing marching band at UCF?

I've been there my friend Beard lives there. Its not bad real close to UCF. I'm going to be living in the apartments on Campus.

Few things you should know:
Careful with the contracts it may say thats how much its going to be but sometimes thats with a contract of god knows how long but worse comes to worse you can always get someone to pick up the lease....lol

I've heard Pegasus Point is very similar to this Apartments and even closer to the campus might want to check those out.

You need to get cracking on this Fall semester is right around the corner and people are moving in next week into they're apartments.

You'll enjoy it over in Orlando but be warned traffic is hell so dont go past Alafaya for apartments....lol....good luck

yeah the contracts do lie. unfortunately.

Pegasus Point is like right across from Research Park I believe. they're really nice. a bit more than I'd like to spend, but hey, it's not my money, although I am trying to save it.

yeah I know. it's slow close. I start school in a month.

Orlando traffic does suck. only bad thing.

thanks!

ooo summer term.....blah...thats good though you need to do a summer term to graduate anyways at UCF.

You'll see me hauling down Research park it is right there its the back way into UCF plus I think they have the bus service so it does have its perks.

Take some simple classes so you can build up up your GPA. That way when you get into the swing of things in the fall you dont fall flat on your face you'll have a cushion. Remember the summer courses are jem packed into a few weeks so I dont recommend taking more than maybe 3 classes also depends teachers will be limited to just a few for each course. Use Rate my Professor or you'll be sorry ( ... )

I'll look into those.

I'm assuming I'll be starting with a 4.0 because of my A in College Algebra at BCC.

but easy A classes are good.

I was told that I only had to take 1 class, but in looking at the website, it says I have to take 9 credit hours. that's 3 classes, in 6 weeks.

which is true?
