It's this book pon how to stop dieting and just learn to make healthy yummy choices. And making sure that each food you eat is amazing and that you don't waste calories on food that you aren't enjoying. It talks about balancing your meals and putting more veggies in your meals. Its pretty basic. Now I just need to learn how to cook. So far that piece has proven to be most challenging. I failed with my tomato basic pasta topped with pine nuts and smoked mozerella.
