i hate working in the ghetto...
the phrase "the customer is always right" is a bunch of bullshit...
i have low tolerance for ignorant and angry ppl... this is at least 75% of the ghetto population...
i got in 3 verbal fights with ppl today cuz i was grumpy... at least there wasn't any mace involved this time =P
