I eat a lot of cereal myself.. but I actually like the like "healthy kinds" like Basic 4 and kashi and junk the best so it works out great. =D mmm now i kind of want a bowl.. but alas we are out of milk.
just replace late night snacks! so if i think about it in fat grams...ive basically been eating a low fat granola bar everynight for a snack instead of a delicious bowl of chocolately cereal that turns into chocolate milk!

but i couldn't replace 2 meals a day with cereal like that special k challenge wants you to do. i need some variety.
