My weekend has consisted of:
- Four episodes of Scarecrow and Mrs. King with the roommate on Friday night. And only four episodes left until we're all done. Sadface.
- Saturday was working out, cleaning, chatting with my mom, then hanging out with

Oh, and you were right. The B5 mantra appears in "A Voice in the Wilderness" but it's in Part I. We were so close!
ETA: I haven't read it yet, but _missmargaret_ has a new fic up, and it's spoiler-free: http://users.livejournal.com/_missmargaret_/187273.html

I know it's a cheesetastic 80's show, but I adore it, so I rewatch it every few years. But when compared to the awesomeness of Babylon 5, well, there's no question which is better.

But then there is Bruce, being pretty consistently great, and all else is forgiven. Plus, my roommate and I had a really good time making fun of their clothes. :)

1) Hi!
2) I'm commenting in your journal before I friend you because when I opened this up and the very first line said "My weekend consisted of: Four episodes of Scarecrow and Mrs. King with the roommate on Friday night", my little Bruce fangirl heart asploded in jealousy that you have someone to share your crush with.
3) I have made it as far as "Mission of Gold" and then I chickened out and stopped watching because this is about where Kate Jackson isn't on the show much anymore (right?) and... is it still good after that? I mean, there must be more Scarecrow, so of course there's more eye candy and THAT'S good, but plot-wise I'm afraid to watch the rest because I'm afraid they will suck and I will be sad. Is it still OK?

Also thanks for the straight-up truth on SMK. Mission of Gold just broke my heart, but not because of the plot, per se. I was not on the edge of my seat or anything, because, you know. This was the kind of series that always wrapped everything up in a bow at the end of the episode. But because I knew the *reason* this was filmed and the *reason* it was so Scarecrow-centric was that she got cancer, and the show was on its last leg, and so Bruce had to essentially carry it through the rest of the season and... yeah. It made me sadder than it should have and so I'm trying to work up the guts to keep going through the rest of the series.

Or then you can do what I always do when I get to the end of SMK. You can start on Season 2 of Babylon 5. :)
