house progress #3

The house is almost done. I'm unemployed. We have a walkthrough in Charleston this Friday. Our Omaha movers come on Monday, and then it's off to our new life. To be honest, I'm not even sure what I'm feeling right now. (Well, other than a strong desire NOT to work on packing up the kitchen, and hence, this LJ post.)

Ahhh, it's really happening! I'm so jealous of all those brand new empty rooms. Looks great!

Be easy on yourself these next several days. Just get through it one day, or one task, at a time, and let yourself feel however you feel. It's perfectly okay to be super excited and heartbroken all at the same time. ::hugs:: I'll be praying for you guys, for an easy move and a smooth transition.
