okay so today i got out of school early. school was okay. kinda boring. but i go out at one and went to the stomach doctor. oh man do i hate that lady now! okay so i have lack toast and tolerant (no idea how to spell that) i have to go on a high fiber diet, i have to take yoga classes or some type of meditation and i have to relax more and sleep

hey becca! hey im always here for you no matter what. you help me so much too and its the least i can do and plus i love being dr. phil! yeah i know its hard. i would be "scared shitless" also. haha yeah i hope it all works out and i really think it will. hah the kid doesnt hate me ne more..he im'ed me but neways..yeah i hope the whole 20 grams of fibe thing goes well. today ive had 7.5 which isnt bad for my first day of my diet ya know? lol
