KC and JKB are slugging it out in their 1st round match here, and i am making Ethiopian food, and Ethiopian food requires the appropriate concoction.

TEJJJ
2 C of the riesling that evil zames sent us
2 C water
1/3 C honey
2 T Honey Syrupmix it together

I'd just leave out the water and the honey syrup. :)

it actually turned out quite nicely. it was an old bottle of wine we had in the fridge for a while. the honey mixins made for a nice punch.

yes, a very good old wine. and it went quite well with the food.

it doesnt compare to the original, but it makes a pretty refreshing drink. we'd have been drinking the real stuff if we'd had any on hand.
