Lao spice

magratheazabringmespice Jesse brought me about a lb. of Lao spice from his trip to S.E. Asia. this stuff is chile powder on acid. it packs a punch. it also has a beautiful sweet linger on the lips that makes using it irresistible. i dry rubbed a roast chicken with it 3 days ago, and it was really good - and it tasted EVEN BETTER as the spices aged

I should send you some of my peppers if I smoke and powder a batch in the next couple of months.

Have chocolate habanero, naga morch/bhut jolokia/ghost chile, jona 7 pod, fatalii, aji habanero, orange habanero, trinidad scorpions, and a few others.
