So I got a call from the surgeons office today and my surgery has been moved up a day. Surgery is Thursday. 2 days away!

Just got insurance approval. It's official!!!! December 16th

Well so much has happened in the last day. I had my endoscopy done yesterday and a small ulser was found, and now i'm jsut waiting for the docs office to call so I can get a perscription and get this taken care of. So today is the day. I meet with the surgeon and i'm scared out of my mind right now. I'm worried I won't get approved by not only insurance, but the doc as well because i've put on weight. more later

So it's been a little while since I last updated. 3 weeks from today I meet with my surgeon and get a date. I'm aiming for about the 15th of Dec. So I me with the nutritionist again yesterday for my 2 hour diet class and things went well. I weighed in at 325.2, which is a bit of a loss since the time I was weighed in before. So I met with the nutritionist a few weeks ago and for my pre-op diet she put me back on weight watchers. Well I haven't been sticking to the program even thought I KNOW I need to. So yesterday I met with the nutritionist for my first consult and it went very well. I did get weighed and I can't believe what it has gone up to. 328 pounds. At the begining of the summer I was 295 after losing a couple pounds on weight watchers. Last thursday I met with the pulmonologist and I don't have to have a sleep study. The only thing he wants me to do it to use this machine for one night so it can keep track of my oxygen levels while I sleep. I pick that up next week.
