I've had to go back on anti depressants.

I've been on a downward spiral for a while. The weekend was nothing but a brief respite. Normally I can get out of it without the aid of medication but I'm too low this time.

I just want to disappear.

I do not know what are the right words, nor do I know how you feel, since I have not gone through things you have. What I want to express with this comment is that I hope things will turn to better direction. I know this seems stupid, and I do not have the right words to tell it, but I hope there will be better times for you.

usually everything is worse as the winter comes.
it's weird how depression is often controlled by the seasons

I know....I can feel the onset of depression as soon as the weather turns cold.
