I try not to eat more then 1000 calories a day. now with teh general motors diet.. which i did for 2 weeks you will eat more then that but you will lose alot of freaking weight!
but OMG That general motors program. geez. it sounds...amazing. but it is sooooo vague.
for example..my favourite dish is beef and broccoli which is GREAT because it matches the program, but it doesn't specify like...how to cook it or if it'd be okay if it were from a chinese restaurant (not sure if they add a lot of salt or whatever).
maybe i should do more research on it @_@ thank you soo much. do you have any tips? do you plan on doing it often? i don't wanna like, go underweight haha.
no no nothing like that. You cant use salt or anything like that. No sauces. When it says for you to eat steak you eat steak only seasoned with things like herbs and such such as mrs.dash. Its a very hard diet.
