I would just like to let y'all know that I just ran 7 miles on the OrbiTrek, burned 250 someodd calories and ran on the thing for 46 minutes straight. I'm sweating, I smell and I feel good, man!

Goal: 20 pounds/tone the muscle/look nicer in general
WorkOut EVERY day, eat better, run on the OrbiTrek for 30 mins a day, buy a box of Crest White Strips. Eat take out ONCE a month.

I'm in computers right now and I don't really feel like doing my work. But then again, I never feel like doing my work in this class yet somehow I get it all done and end up with an A. Oh well. Today me and Taryn went to the new middle school (which is incredibly nice and incredibly easy to get lost in) and went to their first play rehearsal. It made me realize how much I miss my kids and how much I miss middle school theatre minus Mr. Ed, the talking horse aka Ms. Bennett.
