I made an entry very similar to this right before I graduated. Actually, I made quite a few entries like this as graduation approached.

You really do remind me of me, and I don't know if this is a good or bad thing.

Thought I was just making it up, did you? :)

I know this sounds kind of optimistic in a pessimisitc way, but bear with me. I may not be at the point of perfect happiness, but I must say that life after high school is much better than life in high school. Sure, I miss certain people, and I might not like having to pay for everything now, but high school is not the end, it is the beginning of a new life. High school may not prepare you for the real world as well as it should, but it does help you build character that will be important in accompanying the metamorphosis that one undergoes after graduation.

Did any of that make even the slightest amount of sense?
