Firstly, I feel that I ought to apologize for insulting President Bush in one of my recent entries. You are right; even if the American President is the President of the world, he is still the American President ( ... )

actually, he did....i dont know how much play it got in your media, but there was a story circulating here recently that the Israelis were getting nervous about Iran's nuclear capabilities..

the Iranian Prez was still making veiled threats towards Israel with his new nuclear playtoys, and scuttlebutt had it the Israelis wanted to do a thorough job on Iran's facilites...

and Bush told them in so many words that if they did that, they were 'YOYO'(YOYO> You're On Your Own) and that the US would NOT sanction or support any such action...

Years of rocket attacks are one thing....mere rhetoric is entirely different matter

You know, i have a crazy-ass idea that might just work...

since Jerusalem is a holy city to THREE religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), lets throw everybody out of all government offices running the city....and make it a neutral city by putting the Buddists in charge....

since Jerusalem means nothing to their religion, and thusly, they have no axe to grind agaist the other three, they can call all the shots right down the middle!

*G* somebody ought to float this and if it makes Muslims, Chriastians and Jews equally unhappy to have a fourth group actually running things, then we have breakthrough!

(it has been said the best solutions are those that make all sides equally unhappy...)

The new whitehouse.gov website gives a pretty good rough outline on what he wants to do and he expands on how he's going to do each thing. You should check it out, it's at the bottom.

That, and it's a freaking amazing site. Holy crap.
