With that bass you still have your hearing?

Its a nostalgic post the next to the last paragraph sums it up for us all I think. Great piece of writing.

I am always amazed how an old song can trigger a memory and transport me back to a particular time and place I hadn't thought of in ages. Good vivid entry!

Yes! There are some songs that no matter where I am, when I hear it, I'm taken right back to when it mattered to me.

And thank you =)

Me either! This year I have only been to two I think, which was so depressing haha.

Though, i should add, they were two amazing shows, so that made up for it.

Ride 30 out, and by the time you hit my age you'll be back into it. :)

I like the way you write. No wonder you're in the super-scary tribe. hehe

30 terrifies me and excites me both, I can't figure out just where I stand with it yet haha.

And wow, thank you. What a wonderful compliment.

I'm 52. 30 seems like a long, long time ago. :)

And, you're welcome!

30 just seems, and I know I'm wrong, but 30 seems like the age where you're expected to have your shit together. You know, in your 20's it's okay to still be a bit aimless.

As it stands, I'm 29, divorced, working, but not in a CAREER, still struggling and living paycheck to paycheck, it just seems I should be past that, heh.
