OK if your dad gave you the choice of paying for your college or $200,000 to start your own business what would you do. More importantly what business would you open, what does charlotte need and what would make money. I'd go to college. It's much easier to start a business if you have some sort of degree. High school diplomas just don't cut it these days.

that's a really hard decision. the only problem with starting your own business is that you don't really have anything in mind, and you'd have to find something you could stick with for a long time. if you're going to do the business, make sure you get some help from your dad in terms of financial decisions etc. since you're just out of high school (at least for a little while, until you're comfortable). oh yeah, and if you find a felix clock please tell me where you got it because i have wanted one since i was like five.

unless you have a special talent for a business or trade, you need to get the education for it first. as much as i despise school, i would say college is the best bet. jumping straigt into work is risky.
