I've had them since eighth grade. I just get them when i'm extremely nervous or stressing.

Panic attacks suck so much. I'm sorry, love. If they get really bad, maybe you can talk your mom into some kind of med? I have an amazing narcotic that just knocks me the hell out. ;D Its amazing.

yeah they do suck. I don't think its often enough for a narcotic. its just stress from school amongst other things...
