You should set the lineart on a multiply/outline (etc) layer. Then you don't have to erase parts of the colour. xD Usually anyway.

nee nee, how do you do that on SAI?
I think I probably know how to do that on Photoshop... but on SAI... I haven't got the slightest clue.

You could always finish your colouring, save your file as a .psd then open it in PS? Then you can mess with layers. ^^
