haha i got to controll class tonight. i did an asshole style warmup that had everyone sweating, then we did stand up. 6 3 minute rounds of sparring. the first 3 were punching and take downs. the next 3 were punches, takedowns, and jiu jitsu. i was going with one of the new kids and he threw a jab and i threw a straight cross and he buckled. haha
