i'm turning myself into a kcal-calculator at the rate i'm staring at kcal-list and counting my kcal daily...

like. eg. 1 donut ~ 300kcal ~ 45 min of jogging

1 soon kuey or 1 plain roti-prata is around 100~130kcal, actually still not too bad... though that roughly equals to 3/4 of my current breakfast already...

Food plan alone can definitely slim down. It's just a matter of "how much time". The replacement meal contains some stuff which is supposedly to raise metabolism which will speed up the process, so it's an add-on.

and honestly. not able to eat sinful food is a torture :(

I understand how it feels not being able to eat sinful food!~ Currently, I'm also trying to slim down by controlling the food intake only. Best way is to eat less carbonhydrate food!!~

I think breakfast wise can eat some bread. This is to help you start burning. For lunch, Eat little rice with lots and vegetable/meat etc.. then dinner don't eat any rice but just vege and meat. Though this might be a slower method but at least it's sustainable.

Btw, how much is the acupunture? :p

bread = carbo. which my current foodlist does not permit... so i try as much as i can to aviod the temptation (i still sin occassionally...).

i skip rice totally though ^^ haven't had rice for 1.5 month already...

dinner is the main torture. I try to stick to veges only according to the list, but sometimes i'll cheat by taking something else which matches the amount of kcal... but still shouldn't be. So in exchange, i increase the amount of exercise in an attempt to burn it off...

acupuncture basic package about 1.9~
