1. Duplicate your base, set in screen 70% (depend your base)





2. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
REDS: -100, -21, -11, 0
YELLOWS: +15, -9, +24, 0
WHITES: +64, -15, -27, 0
NEUTRAL -8, +4, +6, 0
BLACKS: 0, 0, 0, +14



3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
RGB:
point 1: Input: 128
Output: 147

point 2: Input: 76
Output: 86

RED
Input: 128
Output: 114



4. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
a. Fill Layer with #420303, set it to Exclusion 50%
b. Fill Layer With #504F69, set it to Soft Light 50%



5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
REDS: +11



6. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
a. Fill Layer with #BEA4A4, set it to Overlay 30%
b. Fill Layer with #666871, set it to Difference 10%
c. Fill Layer with #ADABBE, Set it to Vivid Light 25%



7. take this texture, made by ice_cubed. Set it to Screen 70%
take this texture, made by uncreativ. Set it to Multiply 100%
take this texture, made by uncreativ. Set it to Multiply 50%

8. Sharpen (Filter > Sharpen > Sharpen) your base. I sharpen my base twice then Fade Sharpen it 50% (shift+ctrl+F)

9. Add some text or anything and you're done!



TIPS:
- If you not use the texture, you can add New Fill Layer with colour you want. Mine fill with #A2AC9A, set it to Multiply 50%.
- or you can pass step 7-8
