Number 17 in which one? Narnia? Yes, I followed this tutorial, but tweaked it to work on the icons. I added a desaturated layer on some of them, set to screen or soft light.

Ah, I shall try to find a way without selective coloring, that comes as close as possible.
When I do, I'll post it in icon_tutorial under the name raiseyoureyes, so look for it in the next few days.
