It was a really bad bacterial infection - they saw that I needed it I suppose. I was stoked. :)

Oh god, don't apologize, I know how bad sore throats can be. I had one a few days ago, a very mild one, mind you, but it just bugged me so much and I was so upset because I didn't want to get sick. I live in a dorm and I've been sick or at that "almost sick" stage at least four times now, it's really frustrating because here the air doesn't circulate as well and I probably just get passed the germs all the fucking time.

All to say that I've had some pretty bad sore throats before and I've certainly been sick enough this year... I sympathize with you. I hope you feel better soon.
