So I am putting a chart down here so everyone can see my last 9 days of food.
I haven't followedthe diet so now I don't know if I should just add on the amount of days that I messed up or if I should just start phase 1 over again or if I should do phase 2.
The only thin I worry about doing the 1200 calories more is that I know after a bit your body

Messing with your metabolism isn't a good thing and it's not like
you can't go back and do this again in a few weeks or so.
