i (don't) heart pain...

so i woke up about a half hour ago...in excrutiating pain. i dont even care if thats not how excrutiating is spelled. last night only my arms hurt. when i woke up i couldnt move bc my back hurt so bad. this sucks bc we have competition in a few hours. owww. *whines* im just gonna have to suck it up
