I haven't eatten hardly anything all today.. (3 crackers- and a diet soda) because I'm just so depressed. I get home from the office around, I think 3:30 and I finish some work at the house. I know you didn't eat a lot today because you're sad, but it'd help if you ate a little something more. I'd suggest something with protein, to avoid messing up your blood sugar.
