I'm sad...

I haven't eatten hardly anything all today.. (3 crackers- and a diet soda) because I'm just so depressed. I get home from the office around, I think 3:30 and I finish some work at the house. I call Michael to see what's going on- he says he's still at work because his dad didn't pick him up yet. So I say I'll call around 4 or so, and I left to take ( Read more... )

Seriously, Jay, that's not healthy. What happens is that you're depriving your body of the nutrients, and it holds on to all it can - and so when you start eating normally again, you'll gain a LOT of weight because your metabolism's speed drops drastically ( ... )

I agree with white_ookami, sweetie. Only three crackers is dangerous, because your body will most likely go into starvation mode and stop burning so many calories-- thus hurting your weight loss attempts greatly once you start eating normally again.

I know you didn't eat a lot today because you're sad, but it'd help if you ate a little something more. I'd suggest something with protein, to avoid messing up your blood sugar.

Just sad.. not every day thing.. Ended up having some potatoes with brocolie and cheese (250 cals) and 1 slice of piazza. (it was small for 200 cals)
